, Mango Chutney
Served on curried rice.
Maryland Style Coquille St. Jacques
Shrimp, bay scallops, and a petite crab cake. Served in
a creamy wine sauce bordered by duchess potatoes.
New Orleans Shrimp Stew
Sauteed with sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms, and green
chilies. Tossed in a cayenne pepper sauce, and served on a toasted
orzo pilaf.
Pick and Peel Shrimp
1/2 pound, served with cocktail sauce.
Linguini and Shrimp
Tossed with diced tomatoes, garlic, white wine, and pesto.
Shrimp Scampi
Served on sauteed spinach and onions.
